Join the Valley Hi Ranch Estates Homeowners Association

		Join Us We encourage homeowners in the Valley-Hi Ranch Estates subdivision to join the Association, become involved, and be heard as it benefits us all. Any suggestions or recommendations from members will be gratefully received and thoroughly considered by the Board. The annual membership dues are $30.00 per family, running from June to June. These dues are used for neighborhood improvements (the new sign), printing of the telephone directory (free to all residents), and other projects as they come up. You can print out our membership application to fill out and mail in.
