About the Valley-Hi Ranch Estates Homeowners Association

		About Us The Valley-Hi Ranch Estates Homeowner's Association, Inc. (a non-profit organization) was organized to represent the interests of the property owners; to protect and enhance the beauty of the area; and to enforce the protective covenants. The Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the Colorado Secretary of State on March 21, 1977 and the Assignment of Owner's Rights and Duties was signed on April 1, 1977. The Association has coordinated the Crime Watch program in our neighborhood; coordinated the spraying program to save our trees; worked with builders to assure construction of high quality housing; represented homeowners at Jefferson County Zoning and Planning Commission hearings; kept residents informed about issues affecting our subdivision; and planned such social activities as picnics, progressive dinners, Halloween and Christmas parties for area children, etc.
